I’m sure that you’ve all seen the news about the past 3 days of downtime. At first, this didn’t affect us, as all of our staff’s handsets are connected to our BlackBerry Enterprise Server. But over the past few hours it has become apparent that we too are now being brought down in this downtime.
We are liaising with Research in Motion and BlackBerry to make sure that our service is restored as soon as possible, but please understand that it may take slightly longer for us to reply to you over the next couple of days while this issue remains unresolved.
